If you have insurance with any other carrier we will still be glad to file your claim for you. We find that many dental insurance plans do not require that you stay within a network. If your claim will be filed to medical you may have out of network benefits.

After your consult visit we will gladly request a pre-determination of benefits from your insurance company. For some plans, we are able to obtain this information on-line and give you an estimate of benefits while you are in the office. If your plan does not participate with this feature we can mail a request. Please allow four to six weeks for a response by mail.
