Scheduling

The Carolinas Center for Dental Implant Surgery is open from Monday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Consultation appointments are usually in the afternoon as the morning appointments are reserved for our surgical patients. We will make every attempt to schedule your appointment in a timely and convenient manner.

Our doctors maintain daily schedules, which consist of in-office as well as hospital-based procedures. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. Should this occur, we appreciate your understanding and patience.

During the summer months and at Christmas Break, wisdom tooth consults come in high volumes of demand because of school vacation. If calling to schedule your consultation, please have several dates in mind for your surgery in order to help us accommodate your schedule.

When you call our office to make an appointment we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule, but please understand we have guidelines we follow in order to maintain efficiency and keep our fees as low as possible. If you would like to schedule an appointment you will need the items listed below, or your can click here to fill out a request form and someone from our office will contact you within two business days.

In order to schedule your appointment promptly, please give the following information:

• Patient’s first and last name
• Home, cell or work number
• Date of birth
• Have you been seen previously by any of our doctors?
• Type of consultation
• Office location
• Name of doctor you are requesting to see, if you have a specific request
• Referring dentist or orthodontist (referral slip and x-ray)
• Medical and/or dental insurance information
